Please note this is onsite! Pay: $55/h - $60/h Required Skills & Experience • 5+ years of project management experience, preferably in facility relocation or cross-functional initiatives. • Proficiency in Microsoft Project 365 and related collaboration tools. • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills. Nice to Have Skills & Experience • PMP certification is a strong asset. • Background in aerospace or similar technical industries is preferred but not required. Job Description • Lead the end-to-end relocation project, including planning, execution, monitoring, and closure. • Gather and document requirements from diverse departments including Engineering, Program Management, Supply Chain, Operations, Finance, Quality, HR, and more. • Collaborate with real estate agents to identify and secure a suitable facility with potential for future expansion. • Coordinate with suppliers and contractors to execute the move efficiently. • Develop and maintain project plans, timelines, and dashboards using Microsoft 365 tools. • Facilitate stakeholder engagement, including regular presentations and progress updates (approx. 30% of time). • Build and manage a cross-functional project team, ensuring alignment and accountability across all phases.
