Overview Digital Fluency Specialist at the Inter-American Development Bank (IDB). The Digital Fluency Initiative aims to bridge the gap between technological advancement and the human elements of change, embedding digital competence into the organizational culture and strategic processes of the Bank.

Lead the implementation and monitoring of the Digital Fluency Assessment. Oversee the design and rollout of the Digital Fluency Communication Campaign, leveraging multiple channels to ensure high levels of participation and awareness. Align and enhance internal knowledge/upskilling products and tech training by the Technology and Transformation Dept and the IDB Group. Co-design and supervise the integration of training under the TechMasters program. Ensure all digital knowledge products are consolidated in a unified repository. Coordinate and expand tech awareness sessions across the Region and Headquarters. Collaborate with Digital Transformation Group and HR to revise career management framework, embedding digital competencies and supporting employees’ digital growth. Monitor and report on progress toward 2030 targets, providing strategic recommendations to senior leadership. Act as a digital change champion, modeling digital curiosity and continuous learning across the organization. What you’ll need
Education: A Master’s degree in Digital Transformation, Organizational Change, Communications or related fields. Experience: Minimum 5 years of progressively responsible professional experience in digital transformation, change management, capacity building, or strategic leadership, preferably in large, multicultural organizations; proven experience leading large-scale digital initiatives with emphasis on assessment, training, and cultural change; experience mainstreaming AI and emerging technologies in organizational settings; strong project management and stakeholder engagement skills. Languages: Proficiency in Spanish and English, spoken and written, is required. Additional knowledge of French and Portuguese is preferable. Requirements
