Job Title: Weekend COTA – Function-Focused Home Visits

Saturdays AND Sundays (can be every other)
Pay:
$42 - $46 per visit.

Overview Looking for meaningful weekend work that helps clients regain independence? Join Home Health Care, Inc. as a Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant. You'll work with OTs to restore client function, educate families, and deliver home-based therapy rooted in compassion.
Duties
Carry out treatment interventions crafted by an Occupational Therapist, including exercises and functional activities.
Observe and report patient progress or complications to the OT.
Provide coaching to clients and their families on the use of assistive devices and home-based care plans.
Document all interventions and patient responses in accordance with regulatory standards.
Communicate care updates with the OT and wider healthcare team.
Skills
Licensed COTA in Minnesota.
Experience with patient mobility and ADLs.
Ability to thrive with autonomy during weekend shifts.
Comfort working in diverse home environments.
Strong written and verbal communication.
