Oncology - Radiation Physician

Coverage Needed: Schedule: 8 AM to 4:30 PM with 30 minutes for lunch - 8 hours per day Full-time coverage - 4 weeks per month Coverage: 2 weeks on per candidate - minimum Provider must be available to work 2-week stretches at a time Clinical Details: Number of Physicians in Practice: 1 No other Radiation Oncologists present during locum tenens coverage Average Number of Patients Per Day - Outpatient: 20-25 on treatment with weekly treatment visits, follow-ups, and consults Average Number of Patients Per Day - Inpatient: 0-1 Trauma Level: 2 Patient Type: Adult EMR: Aria Credentialing timeframe: Facility can offer temporary privileges, approximately 30-60 days Required Procedures: Conventional Radiotherapy, 3D Radiotherapy, External Beam Radiation - IMRT, IGRT, 3D-CRT, Stereotactic Body Radiation Therapy (SBRT), Stereotactic Radiosurgery, Photon Beam Radiation Therapy, Fractionated Stereotactic Radiotherapy Requirements: Board Certified - Required Active IA license or Active IMLC - Required for candidates offering 2 on/2 off COVID Vaccine - Required Must be able to start ASAP upon credentialing Must be available to offer coverage for 4-week stretches at a time Aria documentation experience - Highly Preferred Local/within driving distance - Highly Preferred
