Cornerstone Flooring Companies is hiring: Warehouse Associate in Baton Rouge

ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES (INCLUDED BUT NOT LIMITED TO)

Opening:

• Open all necessary doors.
• Ensure crew area is clean; make coffee.
• Open pad trailer doors.
• Turn on warehouse electronics.

Load Out:

• Load crews with assigned materials.
• Operate forklift safely.
• Obtain crew leaders’ signatures on pick tickets.
• Maintain good relationships with crews.

Material Staging:

• Coordinate material pick-up with PMs & Warehouse Manager.
• Allocate unassigned products in JobRunner.
• Pick and stage materials per work orders.
• Accurately prepare pallets for mobilization.

Material Delivery:

• Deliver assigned products post-crew departure.
• Track remaining materials for each work order.

Receiving Shipments:

• Verify shipments against POs.
• Unload, label, and store materials properly.

Inventory Management:

• Maintain accurate bin locations.
• Organize and audit inventory regularly.

Team Collaboration:

• Coordinate and communicate with the team.

Facilities:

• Keep the warehouse clean.
• Maintain parking lot; clear dumpsters; run magnet daily.

Additional Duties:

• Assist Warehouse Manager with maintenance as needed.
