General Foreman, Electrical & Traffic Infrastructure

General Foreman role onour traffic signal, highway lighting, and underground infrastructure projects.
If you've been in the field for a while—coordinating crews, reading plans, solving problems on the fly—and you're ready to manage bigger scopes without losing the boots-on-the-ground mentality, thisone's for you.
Responsibilities
Lead crews Oversee Foremen and journeymen across active job sites.
Plan manpower and phases Coordinate labor and equipment needs across project timelines.
Keep productivity high Spot delays or inefficiencies and take charge to fix them
Read the plans Interpret drawings and make sure crews are on the same page.
Drive safety Enforce Cal/OSHA (or equivalent) standards and stop unsafe practices on the spot.
Own the schedul e: Communicate with Superintendents, PMs, and clients to keep things moving. Mentor
the next generation: Coach up apprentices and future leaders. Handle reports:
Approve timesheets, materials, and jobsite logs with accuracy. Requirements 2–4 years as a Foreman on large civil, commercial, or industrial jobs Strong knowledge of traffic signals, duct banks, lighting, trenching, conduit and/or utility projects.
