About the Opportunity
In partnership with Felix, Versiti is hiring an HRIS Analyst to support, configure, and optimize the organization's HR systems, primarily Ceridian, while partnering closely with HR, IT, Finance, and Payroll teams. This role troubleshoots system issues, maintains data integrity, manages integrations, and provides end-user support. The HRIS Analyst contributes to process improvement initiatives and ensures the security and accuracy of HR data while working on strategic HR technology projects.
Responsibilities
Documents and analyzes requirements (e.g. business system, security, conversion, and report), develop detailed data, functional design and document specifications, and assist with conversion, testing, training, and other project needs throughout the development life cycle.
Designs, refreshes, and implements the configuration and QA process to support HR system solutions, configuration, and processes, including forms.
Works with Operational and HR Leadership to ensure that Talent Systems are configured to ensure a positive experience for users and management.
Trains users on system features and capabilities, creates training tools and guides.
Creates and shares custom reporting and dashboards that provide appropriate and timely information to support management, Operational Leadership and HR in complex business analysis and decisions.
Assists with system conversions and upgrades to include data conversion, data mapping, data analysis, integration of business process best practices, management of temporary consulting resources assisting with implementation initiative.
Analyzes and report service ticket trends to work toward reducing the number of tickets submitted and recognizing immediate or future needs to address any negative impacts on the QA process or end-user experience.
Provides long-term maintenance, support and management of HR Systems. leverage both industry and Talent system best practices when partnering with the business lead and partners in the configuration of the platform.
Manages all integrations to/from talent systems and HCM and other HR Solutions.
Perform other job-related duties as required, including cross-training and supporting various HRIS applications, processes, and reporting. Assist with special projects as required.
Participate in special projects and initiatives as assigned by management.
Desired Education & Experience
Bachelor's Degree In Human Resources, Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field required
3-5 years of experience in ATS system(SaaS) and HRIS Analyst role required
1-3 years experience with iCIMS talent acquisition platform strongly preferred
1-3 years technical project management experience preferred
1-3 years experience with Microsoft Office products (Word, Excel, and Outlook) required
1-3 years experience with integrated HRIS and other HR systems preferred
1-3 years experience with Ceridian preferred
1-3 years experience in a health care setting preferred
1-3 years experience in documenting processes, as well as performing diagnostic tests and audits preferred

Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
