Monday -Friday, 8am-5pm CST Must Haves: HS Diploma 2+ years of experience in healthcare procurement or supply chain analytics 2+ years of experience with healthcare ERP systems (WorkDay preferred) Demonstrated understanding of Item Master data management, e-commerce platforms, and contract lifecycle processes Strong understanding of procurement processes and how they impact AP, inventory, and invoicing. Excellent analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills. Plusses: Healthcare or acute care hospital environment procurement experience Bachelor’s degree Familiarity with EMR system integration Day to Day : Support hospital operations by managing ERP systems, inventory workflows, e-commerce platforms, and contract activations. Collaborate across teams to troubleshoot issues, improve data quality, and ensure smooth integration with the EMR system (EPIC). Present actionable insights to leadership using data-driven reports and dashboards.
Key Responsibilities Troubleshoot and improve supply chain workflows. Manage ERP functions and inventory data. Integrate e-commerce platforms and monitor vendor/catalog readiness. Oversee contract loading and lifecycle processes. Analyze procurement and inventory data to identify bottlenecks. Create leadership-focused dashboards and reports. Collaborate with IT and clinical teams for system accuracy. Participate in project meetings and gather operational requirements. Build strong relationships with internal teams and suppliers.
