Senior Project Manager

Opportunity to join an established Multifamily GC with operations across multiple States. They build wood frame podium, wrap and garden style projects, relocation assistance, full benefits and general annual bonuses. Responsibilities Management of the ground up construction of multifamily apartments from breaking ground through to certificate of occupancy Developing the project schedule, budget, scopes of work and project plan Management of all financials, reports and material purchasing Providing reports to the leadership team and ensuring all quality control, OSHA and inspections with city officials are maintained Qualifications Bachelor's degree in a construction related field Experience as the lead or senior PM on ground up multifamily projects in excess of $30MM Procore certified or equivalent experience OSHA 30 certifications
