Position Description We are seeking a highly motivated Instructional Designer to join our team and play a key role in developing engaging, impactful learning experiences. In this role, you will design, implement, and manage instructional programs that enhance employee skills, drive performance, and support organizational objectives. You will collaborate with subject matter experts and business leaders to create effective training solutions across a variety of delivery methods—including eLearning, instructor-led, and blended learning.

Key Responsibilities Partner with business leaders and subject matter experts to design and develop effective instructional content and curricula. Conduct training needs assessments and translate findings into targeted learning solutions. Create engaging instructional materials, including interactive eLearning modules, job aids, guides, and multimedia content. Manage content within the Learning Management System (LMS), including setup of assignments, custom reports, and updates. Evaluate and refine training effectiveness using assessments, learner feedback, and performance outcomes. Deliver classroom, virtual instructor-led (VILT), and self-paced learning experiences that drive knowledge transfer and behavior change. Leverage instructional design best practices, adult learning principles, and modern learning technologies to maximize learner engagement. Collaborate with project teams to deliver complex training initiatives on time and with measurable results. Present learning strategies and outcomes to leadership and stakeholders.

Required Skills & Education Bachelor’s degree in Education, Instructional Design, Learning & Development, Communication, or related field (or equivalent work experience). Proven experience designing and delivering training programs in corporate, government, or enterprise environments. Strong knowledge of instructional design models, adult learning theory, and educational psychology. Proficiency in eLearning authoring tools (e.g., Articulate, Captivate, Camtasia) and LMS platforms. Strong project management and organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities. Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to present complex information clearly. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with experience evaluating training effectiveness. Ability to collaborate effectively across teams and influence stakeholders at all levels.

Preferred Qualifications: Experience developing multimedia training (graphics, animations, simulations, gamification). Experience designing for both instructor-led and virtual learning environments. Knowledge of financial services, compliance training, or highly regulated industries is a plus.
