Order Processing Specialist
to join the team! This is a
full-time, direct hire
position in
manufacturing
facility in
Shelbyville, KY
.
The primary focus of the Order Processing Specialist is to process orders and interface with customers through phone and email to ensure their needs are met and that all regulatory requirements are satisfied.
Responsibilities: Audit and process orders that arrive via email, fax, or mail. Ensure all required regulatory information is received, reviewed, and properly documented to prepare orders for shipment. Record customer information within the database. Email required documentation to customers. Engage with customers in a friendly and professional manner and properly address concerns. Offer support and solutions to customers in accordance with the company and department processes. Take inbound calls.
Requirements: High school diploma or GED required. Associate or Bachelor's degree is a plus. A minimum of 2 years' experience in customer service, order processing, purchasing, or relevant field is required. Intermediate or better Excel skills are required. Chemical background industry is a plus (not required). Very strong learning stamina is required. Strong communication skills and ability to work effectively in a team environment is required. Must have excellent attention to detail, organizational and multi-tasking abilities. Must have strong technology/software skills, including Microsoft Office.

. Full Benefits within the first 30 days. Pay:
$21/hr. + Profit Sharing. This is a W-2 position. No B2C/C2C. No Sponsorship. Local candidates preferred. No relocation assistance.
