Print Specialist – Office Services Associate

$26.00 – $27.50 per hour Schedule:
Monday – Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM (flexible; occasional overtime required) Position Summary We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Print Specialist to support high-volume print operations in a fast-paced legal environment. This role requires a hands-on professional experienced in digital printing, file preparation, and finishing techniques such as laminating, collating, GBC binding, and tabbing. Legal printing experience is highly preferred.
The ideal candidate is flexible, team-oriented, and able to cross-train and assist in hospitality, mail services, and front desk operations as needed. Strong communication skills and a client-first mindset are essential to success in this dynamic, cross-functional position. Key Responsibilities Print & Reprographics Services Operate and maintain high-volume digital print, scan, and reprographics equipment (including wide-format printers, copiers, laminators, GBC binders, etc.) Process and prioritize print jobs with attention to deadlines, job specifications, and quality standards Perform tasks such as collating, laminating, legal document formatting, and tabbing with a high degree of accuracy Monitor queues and workflows to optimize turnaround times Maintain quality control by reviewing proofs, color calibration, and final output for consistency Mail & Package Support Assist with receiving, sorting, and distributing inbound and outbound mail and packages Ensure timely processing and delivery, especially during peak legal trial periods Hospitality & Office Support Assist with meeting room setups, event preparation, and internal hospitality needs Participate in

as needed, promoting a collaborative, cross-functional work environment Customer Service & Communication Serve as a knowledgeable point of contact for clients requesting print and document services Communicate status updates and completion timelines professionally and promptly Maintain positive relationships with internal stakeholders and clients Inventory & Supplies Management Monitor, order, and restock printing supplies (paper, ink, toner, binders, etc.) Coordinate with vendors to ensure timely and cost-effective procurement Reporting & Documentation Track and maintain detailed records of all print jobs, materials used, and associated costs Assist in reporting and trend analysis to improve productivity and service delivery Training & Development Participate in training programs to expand your expertise and cross-functional capabilities Support the development of best practices and continuous improvement initiatives Required Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred Minimum 4 -5 years of experience in a high-volume print environment Proficient in print production, legal document formatting, and finishing techniques Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite and print-related software Experience with legal printing formats and requirements highly preferred Ability to prioritize tasks and adapt quickly in a high-pressure setting Excellent problem-solving, multitasking, and organizational skills Strong interpersonal communication and a client-first attitude Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive materials securely Team player with a positive and professional demeanor Core Competencies Client-focused service mentality High attention to detail and accuracy Ability to thrive in a high-energy, deadline-driven environment Flexible and adaptable with changing priorities Effective verbal and written communication skills Solid decision-making skills within the scope of the position Technologically proficient and open to learning new tools and platforms Additional Notes This is a cross-functional role where all team members support one another.
