Job Title: HR Generalist
Location: Pittsburgh, PA
Responsibilities:
Act as a key contact for employees and managers, addressing concerns and resolving conflicts professionally.
Provide guidance on company policies and employment laws to foster positive work relationships.
Lead investigations into employee complaints and collaborate on resolutions.
Partner with HR teams on employee leave management and recruitment support.
Maintain accurate records of employee issues and prepare reports on trends.
Promote a positive work environment and support employee engagement initiatives.
Skills Required:
3+ years of HR experience, focusing on employee relations and leave management.
Strong understanding of employment laws and regulations.
Proficient in HRIS and Microsoft Office Suite.
Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
Excellent communication and conflict resolution skills.
Strong problem-solving abilities and impartiality in challenging situations.
Education:
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field (or equivalent experience).
