Seeking both senior superintendents and area superintendents Range 90,000 to 120,000 plus bonuses. Medical, dental, vision, 401K JOB DESCRIPTION:

Must: Minimum of 10 years of construction experience, with five recent years in field supervision Strong communication skills and business accumen, ablility to interface with stakeholders and owners alike Plus Familiar with Primavera P6 scheduling software Responsibilities: Spearhead the project's safety culture by ensuring all on-site personnel strictly adhere to safety, health, and environmental quality standards. Act as a trustworthy representative of our organization, committed to delivering exceptional service and building strong client relationships. Handle the daily opening and closing of the jobsite, ensuring it is properly secured at the beginning and end of each workday. Maintain a clean, organized, and efficient jobsite at all times. Oversee and coordinate all phases of the project directly on-site. Implement and manage the site logistics plan, and coordinate all material and equipment deliveries. Guarantee that all work disciplines consistently follow the project's plans and specifications. Partner with the Project Manager to manage and maintain the project schedule, ensuring subcontractors, consultants, and vendors complete their work in a timely manner. Continuously monitor the quality of work performed, documenting progress in accordance with project requirements and industry best practices. Serve as the primary on-site communicator for the project team, coordinating all ASI's, RFI's, and material submittals. Coordinate all required inspections with local authorities and assist the project team in securing necessary permits or revisions. Maintain a thorough daily log of jobsite activities, including progress photos, and submit them to the project management system for team review. Lead various on-site meetings, including daily safety talks and weekly trade meetings. Aid in the project closeout process by managing pre-punch activities and coordinating with the project team. Assist the project team with managing the project budget and controlling costs. Preside over and manage preparatory meetings with all subcontractors before their work begins.
