Manage and mentor two Project Managers, ensuring accountability and professional development. Oversee scheduling, logistics, and coordination with subcontractors and suppliers. Collaborate closely with estimating, field teams, and senior leadership to ensure successful delivery. Monitor budgets, costs, and project milestones to keep everything on track. Build strong relationships with clients, contractors, and partners. What We're Looking For Strong background in mechanical contracting / HVAC / MEP project management. Proven experience leading complex projects from planning through delivery. Previous leadership/mentorship of project teams. Excellent organizational, commercial, and communication skills. Degree preferred, but equivalent hands-on experience highly valued.
