You will join a team of dedicated estimators, project managers, fellow superintendents, construction managers, and other team members who strive to provide exemplary service to their clients. This role includes a company-provided vehicle, laptop, cell phone, and gas card for business use. Responsibilities Oversee and manage all daily on-site construction activities Ensure strict adherence to safety, quality, schedule, and budget requirements Coordinate subcontractors, suppliers, and trades to maintain workflow and progress Conduct regular site meetings and prepare progress reports for stakeholders Interpret drawings, plans, and specifications to ensure proper execution Anticipate and resolve field-related issues in real time to avoid delays Lead by example with strong safety practices and promote a positive job-site culture Collaborate closely with Project Managers to align field operations with overall project goals Maintain a clean, organized, and efficient work environment Requirements and Skills Proven experience as a Superintendent in general construction Strong hands-on background in carpentry or other skilled trades preferred, with the ability to mentor and communicate effectively with tradespeople In-depth understanding of construction procedures, materials, and safety regulations Ability to read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and specifications Familiarity with project management software such as ProCore Excellent leadership, organizational, and time-management skills Strong communication skills for coordinating with subcontractors, team members, and clients A proactive problem solver with a focus on quality and safety Travel will be required within Western Pennsylvania and Eastern Ohio
