Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for a General Manager located in Westchester, NY. The General Manager will oversee daily operations, ensure customer satisfaction, manage staff, and maintain the high standards of the clinic. Responsibilities include developing marketing strategies, overseeing financial performance, ensuring compliance with regulations, managing schedules, and coordinating with medical professionals. The General Manager will also play a key role in fostering a positive and professional environment for both clients and staff. They will have a number of staff reporting to them including our social media lead and events / partnerships coordinator. We are very focused on a hyperlocale approach to marketing so getting heavily involved with local Westchester events would be key. Qualifications Management and leadership skills, including team management and staff coordination Experience with marketing strategies, financial oversight, and operational management Understanding of, and compliance with, relevant medical and safety regulations Excellent customer service and client relationship management skills Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills Ability to work independently and take initiative Experience in the medical aesthetics industry is a plus A local to the Scarsdale / Bronxville and /or Westchester area would be a big plus Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field preferred
