Act as first point of contact for employee relations related issues. Work with leaders to implement performance management processes. Act as consultant to HR and leadership teams regarding policy and procedure guidance and compliance. Work collaboratively with HR team members and front line management. Escalate any HR issues as needed. Requirements: Strong employee relations experience including investigations and coaching Understanding of HR laws and regulations
