We're looking for a
hands-on Senior Property Manager
to oversee a multi-property industrial portfolio in the Orlando area. This is a client-facing role where you'll be responsible for financial oversight, tenant relations, and leading a small team while ensuring the portfolio runs at the highest standard. Key Requirements: Strong
industrial property management experience Proficient with
Yardi, MRI, Kardin, Nexus, Avid, MS Office
(any combination is a plus). Able to independently complete
budgets and CAM reconciliations Experience delivering
monthly financial reporting packages Proactive, positive, and able to demonstrate
problem-solving skills with real examples Track record of successfully managing
multiple properties/clients simultaneously Dynamic and flexible — comfortable taking on
new projects and portfolios
with ease. Experience managing a team of up to
5 direct reports Willing to
travel across Orlando
to inspect properties and meet tenants/vendors. About You 4+ years of
industrial property management experience
(small-bay, flex, warehouse, or distribution) Proven ability to
independently manage CAM reconciliations and budgets Strong track record of managing
multi-tenant industrial assets Excellent
communication and client-facing skills Experience leading vendor teams and coordinating CapEx/TI projects Orlando/Central Florida market knowledge strongly preferred What's on Offer A
