Maxonic maintains a close and long-term relationship with our direct client. In support of their needs, we are looking for a Product Manager, Ads and this a contract and hybrid position in pleasanton, CA. Responsibilities Partner with engineering, data science, and technical design teams to launch products that meet the needs of both advertisers and internal cross-functional teams. Write clear product requirements. Prioritize the product roadmap, managing near-term product delivery while formulating a long-term product strategy to provide the most relevant measurement to Client Advertisers. Analyze industry trends and industry standards, conduct competitive analysis, and identify opportunities in advertising technology and retail media Navigate and solve problems within a complex matrix environment. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to bring products to market and increase adoption Be an expert on the methodologies of measurement suite (search attribution, Incrementality measurement) and communicate impact of new launches or changes to data/methodology effectively. Requried Skills/Experience: Minimum of 5 years of experience in product management, leading ad-supported media experiences within the tech, retail, entertainment, or social media industries. This is the audience role and we are targeting for media. Candidate must understand media space in depth. Experience in launching advertisement platfrom. Strong experience in Media and advertising domain. Strong Ui UX experience. SQL exp (Must know how to write queries). Excellent cross functional experience. Expert understanding of advertising measurement - standard media metrics, statistical models, attribution, a/b testing and incrementality. Familiarity with machine learning, predictive analytics and optimizatios. Analytical and wired to consume large amounts of data and insights. Expertise in SQL, data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI). Background in retail, retail media, media platforms, and/or ad tech data in areas of advertising or marketing measurement, analytics, insights, and data science Strong communication, storytelling, and presentation skills. Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Marketing, or a related field.
