We are seeking two experienced Maintenance Mechanics
to join our small, skilled team in a state-of-the-art production facility. This role is hands-on and focuses on maintaining, repairing, and fabricating machinery to keep production running efficiently. Candidates should have experience working with
metal, wood, plastics, welding, and general machine maintenance Location:
Londonderry, NH (occasional travel to MA & other U.S. sites) Schedule:
Monday-Friday, 6:30am-3:00pm (some flexibility as needed) Salary range:
$66,560-$72,800 Responsibilities Perform maintenance and repair on
production machinery and equipment Fabricate parts from
metal, wood, and plastics ; perform light welding as needed Troubleshoot mechanical and electrical issues (no license required) Conduct preventive maintenance to reduce downtime and improve machine reliability Support projects, including fabrication and modifications, using CAD software and 3D printing equipment Maintain inventory of parts and place orders as needed Collaborate closely with a small team to solve problems and improve processes Qualifications 5+ years' experience in
maintenance, fabrication, and machine repair Strong skills in
metal, wood, plastics, welding, and mechanical troubleshooting Familiarity with
CAD software and 3D printing
