Requirements: • Bachelor’s Degree (Required) • Strong client service and communication skills • Excellent organization and prioritization skills • Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-risk team environment • Experience or understanding of trade lifecycle processes (post-trade execution through to settlement) • Ability to build and maintain strong client and internal relationships • High attention to detail and problem-solving skills • Experience in Fixed Income products preferred
Responsibilities: • Complete daily processing tasks in support of the cash Fixed Income business for institutional clients • Ensure client onboarding, account opening, trade allocation, confirmation processing, and settlement occur in line with service level agreements (SLAs) • Investigate and resolve operational issues quickly and accurately to minimize risk to the Firm and client • Act as a key operational contact for client middle/back office teams • Build and maintain excellent working relationships with clients and internal stakeholders (Sales, Trading, Trade Support, Settlements) • Become a subject matter expert in Fixed Income operations and client service • Participate in and lead operational improvement initiatives and process enhancements • Contribute to departmental projects and cross-functional collaboration
