People Analytics Specialist
to support our HR Business Partners with data-driven decision making. This role will turn workforce data into clear insights, highlight trends, and forecast future needs based on internal and market data.

Partnering with HRBPs to analyze workforce and market trends Interpreting HR data and building reports, dashboards, and forecasts Turning spreadsheets and data into actionable insights for leaders Ensuring strict confidentiality of employee data Supporting workforce planning and talent strategy with evidence-based recommendations Required Skills
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, Data Analytics, or equivalent combination of education, training, and experience 5+ years of experience in HR analytics, people analytics, or workforce planning Strong analytical and spreadsheet skills; experience with data visualization a plus Ability to translate complex data into simple, impactful insights. High integrity and discretion when working with sensitive HR data Base Pay Range
$117,000 — $160,850 USD Additional Information Disclosure of Trade Secrets Samsung has a strict policy on trade secrets. Essential Job Functions This position will be performed in an office setting.
