We are a Top 200 accounting firm with 100+ employees and 80+ tax professionals, hiring an HNW Tax Director to lead our growing high-net-worth practice and drive strategic expansion.

We recently made a strategic acquisition expanding our family office and HNW capabilities, and we need a dynamic leader to drive this next phase of growth.

Key Responsibilities

Lead complex tax engagements across high-net-worth clientele Manage and mentor senior-level tax professionals and growing teams Drive business development initiatives and client relationship management Oversee quality control processes and sophisticated tax planning strategies Collaborate with partners on strategic firm initiatives and service expansion Provide client advisory on complex HNW tax planning and compliance matters Stay current on tax law changes impacting high-net-worth individuals and families

Qualifications

8-10+ years of progressive tax experience with leadership responsibilities Active CPA license required (in good standing) Public accounting and/or RIA tax background with manager/director-level experience Strong technical expertise across high-net-worth individuals, corporate, and pass-through entities Proven track record in team management, client development, and business growth Experience with sophisticated tax planning strategies and complex scenarios Multi-state tax experience preferred Strong communication skills and ability to work with high-touch HNW clients

Base Salary:

Up to $225k+ based on experience Discretionary Bonus:
