About the Role: The Material Handler will be responsible to support assigned production areas with all materials and supplies needed to complete daily production and assist with ensuring Shipping is receiving completed orders timely to fulfil demand. Responsibilities: Maintain Min/Max levels for materials at operator stations of commonly used products. Pre-stage production orders in assigned areas for upcoming jobs. Transferring finished orders to shipping. Making all moves in ERP to mirror physical movements. Delivering raw materials and WIP to production areas. Picking up trash and dunnage from production areas and disposing of it in appropriate locations. Bringing proper
boxes/packaging/supplies/bundling
tape/etc. to the Production Teams. Report low or missing stock to supervisor or Manager. Comply with all company safety policies and procedures. Ensure the proper use of personal protective equipment (PPE) on the production floor. Adhere to established quality standards and processes. Assist in maintaining cleanliness and organization within the business unit. Follow work instructions provided by Supervisors and Managers. Collaborate with team members and other departments to achieve operational goals. Perform tasks efficiently and minimize waste of resources. Minimum Qualifications: High school diploma or equivalent. Experience operating material handling equipment such as forklifts. Familiarity with warehouse management systems (WMS) or inventory software. Strong communication skills to coordinate effectively with team members. Strong attention to detail and commitment to workplace safety.
