Salesforce
Developer/Consultant
will build out and enhance the Salesforce CRM platform in support of a scalable business model and to improve efficiencies and effectiveness of a global organization while maintaining and ensuring the integrity of the data. Candidate needs to demonstrate an understanding of Salesforce CRM concepts and will be responsible for designing and developing customized solutions within the Salesforce platform. The candidate should have extensive experience working with Salesforce CRM platforms, application development skills, and the ability to work on full lifecycle engineering efforts using Agile methodologies, object-oriented design, and accepted design patterns and practices. Salesforce Developer will be working collaboratively with product development teams, client, and project teams. Salesforce developer will be expected to be self-motivated and highly driven to support a rapidly growing team. Responsibilities: Build Salesforce applications using Apex and Visualforce and leverage the full capabilities of the Salesforce platform to support the company's programs. Create/modify existing controllers, controller extensions, and triggers across all platforms. Develop highly interactive UI using Visualforce, JavaScript and JQuery technologies. Develop custom applications using Salesforce. com and integrating salesforce.com with other systems Apply best practices and design patterns of best-of-breed applications developed on the Salesforce. com platform Create and execute unit, integration, and user acceptance test plans, including use cases and test data Gather, analyze and document functional and technical requirements for new projects, enhancements to existing solutions and production issues reported by end users Hands-on ability to contribute to activities related to Salesforce until the team is fully functional. Effectively work with client-side teams and management, on-site/off-site development staff to accomplish project deliverables. Strong written and verbal

skills and ability to quickly form meaningful working partnerships. Continually follow and keep themselves updated with new Salesforce product capabilities resulting from product releases and acquisitions. Self-starter with problem solving abilities and someone who is open to learning new technologies as and when required. The compensation for this position is $70k to $90k annually. Base pay will vary depending on factors, including but not limited to a candidate's location, job-related knowledge, skills, and work experience.
