Licensed Plumber - Journeyman

Job Overview Assemble, install, or repair pipes, fittings, or fixtures of heating, water, or drainage systems, according to specifications or plumbing codes. Oversee the workflow of laborers as needed. Responsibilities and Duties Layout, rough-in, troubleshooting of water supply lines and dwv Repair or install appliances and fixtures Repair or replace broken drain lines, clogged drains, faucets etc. Furnace/boiler maintenance, repair, or installation Sump/ejector pumps maintenance, repair, or installation Install and maintain gas and liquid heating systems (air-conditioning units, radiators etc.) Project ordering of parts and supplies Estimate small and large jobs Take after hours emergency on call Collect payments for work rendered Skills/Abilities Proven experience as a plumber Solid understanding of water distribution and disposal systems Working knowledge of heating and ventilation systems as well as appliances Provide and handle plumbing tools and equipment Verbal and written communication Customer service, friendly, patient Time management / delegation Attention to detail Requirements Valid Driver's license with clean driving record Plumbing License Background check High school diploma or equivalent Physical ability to lift up to 100 pounds, bend, squat, crawl, climb, twist, and stand as needed Job Type: Full-time Pay: $35.00 - $50.00 per hour Benefits: Health insurance Paid time off Retirement plan Experience: Plumbing: 1 year (Required) License/Certification: Driver's License (Required) Work Location: In person
