Senior Technical Architect
on a temporary basis through the end of November. This role is focused on
construction documentation (CD) production
for a major public-sector project in New York City. Key Responsibilities: Lead and produce construction documentation in Revit for an active NYC public agency project. Coordinate with internal team members and external stakeholders. Ensure technical accuracy and code compliance. Apply thorough knowledge of public-sector project protocols, especially within New York agencies. Ideal Candidate Will Have: 10–15 years of professional experience
with a strong technical focus. Proven expertise in NYC public agency projects
— ideally through the DDC, MTA, or similar entities. Hands-on construction documentation (CD) experience
in Revit. Familiarity with correctional facility programs
and/or
interior architecture experience
a plus. Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced, detail-driven environment. Work Environment: Standard hybrid schedule: 4 days in-office, 1 day remote. Strong preference for full-time onsite presence initially to ensure rapid onboarding and integration with the team.
