Position Overview We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented

Escrow Assistant

to join our team. This role is ideal for individuals who are eager to learn the escrow process, develop a career in the title industry, and provide support in managing real estate transactions. You will work closely with experienced escrow officers and gain hands-on exposure to title clearing, escrow documentation, and customer support. Key Responsibilities Assist escrow officers in opening, processing, and closing escrow files. Review, organize, and prepare escrow documents including contracts, deeds, settlement statements, and title commitments. Communicate with lenders, real estate agents, buyers, and sellers to obtain required information and provide updates. Perform data entry and maintain accurate escrow records in company systems. Coordinate document signatures and disbursement of funds. Support title clearing by gathering documentation, reviewing requirements, and resolving basic title issues under supervision. Ensure compliance with company policies, state regulations, and escrow best practices. Provide excellent customer service by answering inquiries and keeping parties informed throughout the process. Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree in business, finance, or related field preferred. Previous office, administrative, or customer service experience strongly preferred (real estate or financial services a plus). Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and ability to manage multiple tasks. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook); experience with escrow/title software a plus. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with deadlines.
