WHAT YOU'LL DO • Prepare and review complex federal and state income tax returns, including related schedules. • Assist in research and analysis of various federal tax issues to determine the most appropriate cost-effective filing position. • Review the reconciliation of income tax balance sheet accounts on a quarterly basis. • Oversee the calculation and payment of estimated federal and state income taxes. • Lead the domestic and international transfer pricing process and maintain the related documentation. • Respond to inquiries from regulatory agencies and assist with federal and state income tax audits. • Support the execution of the tax strategic plan. • Build and maintain relationships with outsourced tax support services. • Prepare income tax provision for financial reporting purposes. • Lead continuous improvement efforts while applying lean thinking and tools to identify and eliminate waste. YOU MUST HAVE • Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Taxation. • Minimum 3 years of income tax experience. • Excellent computer skills, including Microsoft Office programs such as Excel and Access. • Strong written and verbal communication skills. • Ability to meet established deadlines/goal dates.
