This leadership role will oversee all project phases, ensuring operational excellence, strategic execution, and strong stakeholder relationships. Key Responsibilities: Lead full project lifecycle, from preconstruction to closeout Drive safety culture and risk management Manage client relationships and ensure satisfaction Oversee project budgets, schedules, and profitability Lead and mentor cross-functional teams Build strong subcontractor partnerships Engage with community and industry groups Requirements: ? 15+ years in commercial construction ? 5+ years in people/project leadership ? Proven track record managing large, complex projects($50M+) ? Strong strategic, financial, and communication skills ? Bachelor's in Construction Management, Engineering, or related (or equivalent experience)
