The ideal candidate will have experience in all areas related to the human resources field. They should be comfortable onboarding new candidates and collecting necessary background information as well as assisting employees while at work. This candidate should work closely with management in order to provide training for employees and establish ways to increase employee engagement. Responsibilities Partner with leaders to align HR strategies with business goals and drive organizational success. Advise managers on employee relations, performance management, terminations, and conflict resolution. Analyze HR metrics and workforce data to identify trends and recommend solutions. Support workforce planning, talent reviews, and succession planning initiatives. Facilitate organizational change efforts, including restructures, culture initiatives, and engagement programs. Lead employee development efforts by identifying training needs and coordinating learning opportunities. Guide compensation planning and provide market insights to maintain competitive pay practices. Manage employee relations investigations and ensure compliance with employment laws and company policies. Partner with Talent Acquisition to support strategic hiring and onboarding of key roles. Promote a positive, inclusive workplace by coaching leaders and supporting diversity, equity, and inclusion efforts. Coordinate performance review processes and advise managers on effective feedback and goal setting. Collaborate with HR centers of excellence (benefits, payroll, HRIS) to deliver seamless employee experiences. Provide proactive recommendations to improve engagement, retention, and team effectiveness. Qualifications Bachelor's degree 2 - 3 years of experience in HR or related field Strong organization, communication and conflict resolution skills Demonstrated ability to onboard new employees and manage HR tasks Proficient in Microsoft Office suite Benefits: Personal Time Off (PTO) is offered on an accrual basis up to 120 hours a year with an increase after tenure, 9 Paid Holidays, and up to 6 weeks of Paid Parental Leave (Washington State). PTO and holiday hours are prorated based on hire date within the calendar year.
