Job Title: Finishing Crew

Schedule: Monday – Friday | 6:30 AM – 3:00 PM

Job Type: Full-time

Overview:

Trinity Employment is seeking dependable and motivated individuals to join a Finishing Crew in a dynamic manufacturing environment. Our client specializes in producing high-quality, low-maintenance exterior wall panel systems used in both new construction and renovation projects. These products combine visual appeal with durability and are offered in a wide range of finishes.

As part of the Finishing Crew, you'll play a hands-on role in the final stages of production, ensuring each panel meets detailed quality specifications. This position requires construction knowledge, physical stamina, and a strong commitment to safety and teamwork.

Key Responsibilities:

• Spread epoxy mixture onto backer boards using a notched trowel
• Place thin bricks onto boards in a running bond pattern
• Apply basecoat and stucco finishes to create EIFS-like panels
• Utilize both hand and power tools for various finishing duties
• Safely operate forklifts and other production equipment
• Accurately measure materials using a tape measure down to 1/16 inch
• Inspect finished panels to ensure they meet quality standards
• Keep workspaces clean, organized, and hazard-free
• Work closely with teammates to maintain smooth production flow

Qualifications:

• Background in construction, manufacturing, or warehouse work
• Experience with tile setting or surface finishing is a bonus
• Skilled with a variety of hand and power tools
• Capable of lifting and handling materials in a shop environment
• Comfortable working in a high-volume, fast-paced setting
• Detail-oriented and committed to following safety procedures
• Cooperative and communicative team player

May clean and prepare sites, dig trenches, set braces to support the sides of excavations, erect scaffolding, and clean up rubble, debris, and other waste materials. May assist other craft workers.
