Clinicians will see both individuals and couples, and for those who are interested, run groups. Our cutting edge couples treatment team is sustained through extensive consultation, supervision, and training of clinicians in addition to just plain old enjoyment of the workplace. About us: Our suite is in the historic Wells Fargo building on the 22nd floor with expansive views of the Delaware River, a space that provides a warm and inviting clinical environment for our clinicians to spend the day. At our practice, clinicians can focus solely on their clients—we take care of the rest. We handle all billing, insurance, and intake scheduling, and provide a consistent flow of referrals so there's no need for marketing. Minimum requirements: Doctorate in psychology (PhD, PsyD) Licensed in PA or working toward licensure Interest in couples work and at least three years of adult individual outpatient therapy experience. No couples therapy experience required - we will train you! Prepared to wholly and thoughtfully dive into a full-time position (25 scheduled clinical hours per week or more, 20+ seen) Passionate about doing therapy and persistently deepening clinical and theoretical knowledge Personally growth and insight-oriented Deeply interested in working collaboratively in a treatment team model We are looking to fill both a postdoctoral and a licensed clinical psychologist position. Compensation and Benefits: $72 - $145/hour, depending on both tenure and number of clients seen per week $3000 signing bonus 10 to 15 days of PTO yearly depending on tenure and 3 floating holidays Healthcare stipend and group health plan 3% 401k company matching contribution A wide range of couples therapy training including Gottman, EFT and RLT Weekly supervision and emergent support Weekly 1 hour case conference Flexible work schedule Continuing education trainings provided and additional yearly CE stipend Consultation with other staff psychologists both scheduled and on demand
