We’re partnering with a well-established manufacturing company in Northern Wisconsin that produces high-end building products for residential and commercial projects. The organization is privately held, has a strong legacy of success, and recently partnered with a larger industry leader to expand its reach and benefits offering.

Role Highlights Full-time Buyer position with hybrid flexibility (3 days onsite, 2 remote) Competitive compensation in the $60k–$70k range Manage purchasing for $10M+ in annual spend Exposure to both direct materials and MRO procurement Opportunity to work closely with a supportive leadership team in a collaborative environment

What You’ll Do Oversee supplier relationships, pricing, and performance Develop purchasing strategies that balance cost, quality, and on-time delivery Manage purchase orders, inventory levels, and replenishment plans Support continuous improvement initiatives within the supply chain
?
Ideal Background 1+ years in purchasing, supply chain, or sourcing (MRO experience a plus) Strong Excel and ERP/MRP system skills Excellent problem-solving and communication abilities Bachelor’s degree in Business or related field preferred
