Global Recruiters of Westlake Hills (GRN) is hiring: Project Manager in Lexingto

The Project Manager will help develop & manage Commercial Construction restoration projects in the Client's Southern Service Region spanning the I64 corridor from Louisville, KY to Charleston, WV. The projects will consist mainly of large Concrete Repair, Waterproofing & Structural Strengthening projects on large Concrete structures like Parking Garages, Stadiums, Hospitals and Water Tanks.

Responsibilities

• Help prepare bid submissions
• Establish Budgets, Timelines, Safety Parameters & Deliverables
• Monitor project progress and update relevant stakeholders on the project progress
• Course corrections as necessary

Qualifications & Requirements

• 5 years Commercial Construction experience minimum
• Strong Self-Perform, Material Planning/Logistics, & Crew Management experience needed
• Some Renovation/Repair/Restoration experience required
• Concrete Repair or Waterproofing experience preferred
• Bachelor's Degree Construction Management or equivalent experience

Service Region

• The Candidate must be able to cover Region between Louisville, KY, and Charleston, WV and be located therein.
