Construction Project Executive– Nashville Area We are seeking an experienced

Construction Project Executive

to lead and manage large-scale

ground-up

construction projects in the Nashville area. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing multiple projects from start to finish, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. This role requires a seasoned construction leader with a track record of managing teams, mitigating risks, and delivering complex projects in fast-paced environments. Key Responsibilities: Project Oversight:

Manage multiple

ground-up construction projects

from initiation through to completion. Ensure adherence to project schedules, budgets, and quality standards across all stages of construction. Team Leadership & Coordination:

Lead a team of project managers, superintendents, and subcontractors. Foster a collaborative environment, ensuring all stakeholders (clients, architects, engineers) are aligned with project goals. Risk Management & Problem Solving:

Identify and mitigate potential risks related to cost, safety, schedule, or quality. Address and resolve any issues that arise on-site or with project execution. Budget & Schedule Management:

Develop comprehensive project budgets and schedules. Ensure cost control measures are in place and take corrective action as needed to keep projects on track. Quality Control & Safety Compliance:

Oversee safety standards on-site and enforce compliance with industry regulations. Conduct regular site inspections and audits to ensure quality and safety protocols are met. Vendor & Subcontractor Management:

Manage relationships with subcontractors and vendors to ensure the timely delivery of materials and services, meeting project requirements. Strategic Planning:

Contribute to strategic planning, helping the company grow its project portfolio and improve operational efficiencies. Travel Requirements:

This role will require up to 50% travel to various project sites for hands-on management, site visits, and client meetings. Qualifications: Experience:

At least 7-10 years of experience in construction management, with a focus on

ground-up projects . Proven ability to manage multiple large-scale projects simultaneously. Leadership Skills:

Strong leadership capabilities with the ability to effectively manage teams and communicate across all levels of the organization. Technical Knowledge:

In-depth understanding of construction processes, budgeting, scheduling, and quality control. Familiarity with

construction management software

(e.g., Procore, Buildertrend, etc.). Problem-Solving:

Excellent at identifying problems early and implementing practical solutions to keep projects running smoothly. Communication:

Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to work collaboratively with clients, contractors, and team members. Travel Flexibility:

Willingness to travel up to 50% to oversee projects and ensure alignment with project goals.
