What You’ll Be Doing:
- Talent Acquisition : Manage end-to-end recruitment processes, from sourcing to onboarding.
- Onboarding & Offboarding : Ensure smooth transitions for new hires and departing employees.
- Performance Management : Coordinate performance review cycles and support continuous feedback practices.
- Employee Relations : Provide guidance and support on employee concerns, conflict resolution, and policy interpretation.
- Coaching & Development : Partner with managers to foster employee growth and engagement.
- HR Administration : Maintain accurate records, support compliance, and streamline HR operations.
What You Bring:
- 5+ years of HR experience, ideally within the construction or related industries.
- Strong knowledge of employment law, HR best practices, and workforce development.
- Proven ability to build trust and communicate effectively across all levels.
- A proactive, hands-on approach with a passion for supporting people and processes.
