Ecommerce Product Coordinator
to join our team and ensure our products shine online. In this role, you’ll manage product assets, from samples to photography to content, making sure every detail is accurate, compelling, and aligned with our brand standards. You’ll collaborate closely with merchandising, creative, and ecommerce teams to drive timely launches, optimize product presentation, and enhance the customer journey. This is a hands-on opportunity to influence how customers experience our brand online every day.
What You’ll Do Own product setup from start to finish, ensuring details, attributes, categorization, and swatches are accurate and consistent. Review, approve, and upload product images, partnering with our photo studio to troubleshoot when needed. Track product samples and maintain key spreadsheets for advertising, merchandising, and monthly website updates. Partner with merchandising and creative on curated trend shops and seasonal assortments. Run and analyze weekly reports on inventory and sample tracking. Monitor category pages daily to optimize presentation and storytelling. Collaborate cross-functionally with customer service, product development, and distribution to resolve product and QA issues. Research competitor sites and industry trends to recommend new features and best practices. What We’re Looking For Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, English, or related field. 2+ years of experience in ecommerce or retail; fashion retail a plus. Strong organizational and time management skills. You thrive juggling multiple priorities. Exceptional attention to detail and a knack for spotting (and fixing) inconsistencies. Clear, confident communicator who works well across departments. Familiarity with ecommerce platforms, CMS tools, and digital workflows. A proactive problem solver who adapts quickly in a fast-paced environment.
