5+ years of experience in golf course maintenance
Proven track record of maintaining high-quality greens
Strong leadership in team staffing and management skills
Knowledge of turf science, soil chemistry, and management practices
Ability to develop and implement maintenance programs
Good communication and interpersonal skills
Familiarity with machine maintenance
Experience with Central Irrigation Systems
Maintain budgets, equipment, and supply inventories
