Pay and Home Time
Base pay range: $16.00/hr - $60.00/hr. Pay scales reflect mileage and dedication, with the following weekly estimates:
- Regional Drivers: about $1,200/week, averaging 2,500-2,600 miles
- Super Regional Drivers: about $1,300-$1,400/week, averaging 2,600-2,800 miles
- OTR Drivers: about $1,500/week, averaging 3,000 miles
Home time options:
- Regional: Out 7-9 days, home 1 day for every 7 days out
- Super Regional: Out 14 days, home for 2
- OTR: Out 3 weeks, home for 3 days
Salary: $1,200.00 - $1,500.00 per week
Equipment and Convenience
Kenworth T680 automatic with Smart Idle, bunk heater, double bunk, and a 1500-watt inverter. Regular service every 6 months. Most freight is drop and hook. An electric floor jack is provided for loads that require unloading, and you are paid for it.
Terminals include 30 nationwide locations, with 15 terminals offering gyms, truck washes, and laundry facilities.

Orientation
3-day orientation at one of the convenient locations: Joplin, MO; Dallas, TX; or Atlanta, GA. Travel may be covered by rental car or Greyhound (Uber to hotel if needed).
