Responsibilities Construction Supervisor As a Construction Supervisor, you will play a pivotal role in managing all phases of utility construction for a variety of telecom projects. What You'll Do: Lead and mentor your team to develop their skills and knowledge of telecom construction. Oversee both aerial and underground projects, including Fiber-to-the-Home builds. Drive your team to meet project deadlines while maintaining quality standards. Provide exceptional customer service when interacting with clients. Coordinate and manage the activities of multiple crews and their job sites. Experienced in overseeing telecom underground construction crews, including Fiber-to-the-Home projects. Strong knowledge of OSP work, including coax splicing, fiber splicing, directional drilling, and map reading. Proven ability to manage daily crew operations, deliver high-quality work, and solve complex field challenges. Hands-on leader who works alongside the team, coaches, and mentors to drive results. Proficient with Microsoft Office; eager to learn new tools and software. Military veterans with MOS Codes such as 12H, 12N, 25W, 91X, 2549, or 2591 are encouraged to apply, as their skills align well with this role.
