🚨 We’re Hiring: Instructional Designer | CONTRACT | Hybrid (2 Days/Week in Office)

📍 Boston, MA | 🕒 Full-Time | 💼 Hybrid Schedule

AXIOM is looking for an experienced Instructional Designer for our client to create engaging, scalable training programs that support our mission.

What You’ll Do:

• Design blended learning (eLearning, video, virtual, in-person)
• Develop materials using Articulate 360 & Camtasia
• Collaborate with SMEs & manage multiple projects
• Apply adult learning best practices
• Promote DEI and align training with client's core values

What You Bring:

• 4+ years of instructional design experience
• Strong skills in Articulate, Camtasia & Microsoft Office
• Project management & communication skills
• Ability to work independently and with cross-functional teams
