Craft the Heart of Culinary Spaces: Seeking a Passionate Foodservice Equipment Designer!

Looking for a passionate foodservice equipment designer with the ability to listen closely and hear a client's needs and has the ability to divide attention between multiple projects while maintaining deadlines.

This person would be able to:

• Develop accurate drawings following company standards with minimal supervision.
• Independently create drawing sets for SD, DD & CD phases of Contract Documents.
• Create Revit models both locally and cloud based. Knowledge of collaboration through BIM is a plus.
• Develop equipment specification & budget pricing using AutoQuotes (AQ).
• Work with equipment manufacturers to specify, quote, and request preliminary shop drawings.
• Coordinate with contractors, project design team members, and clients during all phases of design.
• Set and maintain realistic timelines for completion of project phases.
• Create MEP coordination drawings using manufacturer cut-sheets and shop drawing.

Applicant should:

• Possess strong communication and organizational skills, and have the ability to work in a team environment.
• Have working knowledge of Microsoft Office, Outlook, Teams, Revit, Bluebeam, and AQ.
• Have experience in foodservice design, foodservice operations, or with foodservice equipment preferred.
• Architectural design background a plus.

The qualified candidate may reside anywhere in the United States as this is a remote position.
