Handle active projects, ranging from line extensions to new concepts
Continuously improve processes, tools, and launch playbooks
What Makes This Role Exciting?
Tangible impact on new product success and customer experience
In-the-action role—more than just a desk job
Strong visibility and interaction across departments
Pathways to career growth in Sales, Scheduling, Category Management, or even Operations if you desired
What We’re Looking For
Proven experience project or commercialization experience (food/CPG preferred, or regulated environment)
Project management mindset
Proficiency with any project tracking platform (Monday.com, MS Project, Airtable, etc.)
Leadership through influence—you don’t need a title to lead
Comfortable presenting to stakeholders and leadership
Initiative-driven, adaptable, and process-focused
Able to handle ambiguity, shifting priorities, and occasional on-site needs during off-hours
Your Future at Clemens
This isn’t just about launching products—it’s about launching careers. You’ll develop a wide range of transferable skills, build deep cross-functional knowledge, and unlock paths into new areas like category or business management.
