and play a pivotal role in shaping our production planning and execution across the Americas region.
#As a
Supply Chain Planner
, you will be the cornerstone of our supply planning operations, ensuring stable, leveled production that meets customer demand—on time, every time. You’ll collaborate with demand planners, customer service, vendors, and warehousing teams to roll out and monitor production plans, drive operational excellence, and support strategic business goals across a 24-month planning horizon.
#Supply Planning & Execution
Lead the supply planning process using the o9 Integrated Planning Tool.
Develop and maintain a valid Master Production Schedule (MPS) aligned with SIOP and customer demand.
Coordinate daily and weekly production plans to ensure on-time delivery.
Manage finished goods inventory to optimize service levels and cost.
#Reporting & Analysis
Analyze OTTR, FGI stock, and delivery performance.
Prepare weekly/monthly planning reports to track schedule adherence and customer satisfaction.
Partner with Demand Planners, Customer Desk, Vendor Schedulers, and Plant Teams.
Bachelor’s or Postgraduate degree in
Business Administration
,
Engineering
, or a related field.
~5–8 years
of hands-on experience in
supply planning
,
production planning & control
, and
end-to-end supply chain operations
.
~ Prior experience in the
automotive industry
(OEM or Tier-I) is highly preferred.
Language *****
Fluent in
English
; knowledge of
Spanish
or
Portuguese
is a strong advantage.
Solid understanding of
production planning processes
,
internal capacity planning
, and
Rough-Cut Capacity Planning (RCCP) .
Advanced skills in
Microsoft Excel
,
PowerPoint
, and
Power BI
.
Strong analytical mindset with the ability to interpret complex data and drive actionable insights.
