The role you'll contribute:
The ANM is a registered professional nurse who supports the Nurse Manager in overall operations of their assigned unit.
The value you'll bring to the team:
Lead the Employees - Has a working knowledge of performance expectations for all employees on the unit.
Performance Improvement - Demonstrates familiarity with the performance improvement model of the organization.
Critical Thinking - Utilizes critical thinking skills in the performance of their duties as an ANM
Business of Healthcare Delivery - Utilizes a working knowledge of health care economics as it applies to the delivery of patient care
Critical Thinking - Utilizes critical thinking skills in the performance of their duties as an ANM
The expertise and experiences you'll need to succeed

Minimum qualifications
:
Graduate of school of nursing with a minimum of an Associate of Science degree or diploma.
Active Florida RN license required or active multi-state RN license
Preferred qualifications:
Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN)
