Full-Time, Monday to Friday, 8:00am-5:00pm or 7:00am – 3:00pm

Job Summary:

Independently performs all warehouse and inventory functions to ensure accurate, efficient, and compliant material handling. Maintains adequate on-hand inventory levels, processes inventory issues, returns, and adjustments. Orders, receives, stocks, and transacts all materials entering and leaving the warehouse. Documents, prepares, sends and receives equipment for returns and repairs. Performs monthly cycle counts and full inventory counts, and reconciles inventory variances. Communicates with vendors for pricing and availability and ensure materials are available to support the business.

Job Responsibilities

:

Issues and receives materials to support employees and contractors Orders and receives materials, verifies and matches packing slips to purchase orders, and processes transactions. Operates forklifts, electric lifts, and pallet jacks for material handling. Stocks material, monitors on-hand quantity and maintains inventory locations. Creates purchase orders. Coordinates with the purchasing department as appropriate. Tracks repairs and maintains the repair/replacement log. Packages and prepares items for shipping and assist with loading and unloading of delivery trucks. Receives and distributes Federal Express and United Parcel shipments. Conducts monthly cycle counts and full inventory counts, and reconciles inventory variances. Maintains a neat, organized and safe work area. Investigates inventory discrepancies, and makes appropriate adjustments to inventory once approved by management. Follows, supports, and enforces all internal control processes and procedures. Identifies opportunities for improvement of inventory functions and programs. Perform general labor duties to include sweeping and cleaning warehouse. Coordinates disposal and pick up of obsolete or damaged equipment. Process CPE Equipment. Other tasks as assigned. Qualification Requirements:

Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds and climb step ladder Must be able to stand, bend, squat, push, pull, reach repetitively Must be willing to operate pallet jack, electric lift and fork lift Excellent verbal and written communication skills Must have the ability to work independently with limited supervision Qualification

Preferences

:

Basic Computer skills including Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook) Knowledge of Oracle or other ERP or

inventory/warehouse

management software. Fork lift Certification or ability to obtain within 30 days. Education and Experience:

Education: High School diploma 0 to 2 years warehouse, inventory, or purchasing experience is preferred. Valid driver’s license required Why work for Qualified Staffing?
