Our customer in Rock Falls, Illinois is seeking an individual to join their team as a
General Laborer
on 1st shift. This position offers flexible hours and a variety of outdoor work to support daily property needs.
Responsibilities of the
General Laborer
:
Pick grapes and other fruits from small fruit trees Assist with mowing and maintaining the property Help with woodworking projects using hand tools in the shop Perform other general labor tasks as needed to support property maintenance General Laborer
Requirements and Qualifications:
Physical stamina : Ability to perform physical labor, including lifting, bending, and standing for extended periods of time. Experience with hand tools : Basic knowledge of woodworking tools and equipment is preferred. Ability to work outdoors : Comfortable working in various weather conditions (hot, cold, rain, etc.) for extended periods. Attention to detail : Ability to follow instructions carefully and accurately to complete tasks. Teamwork and communication : Ability to work effectively with other team members and communicate tasks clearly. Flexibility : Willingness to perform a variety of tasks and help where needed around the property. Reliability : Strong work ethic, punctuality, and ability to follow through on assigned tasks.
