Medicus has partnered with a hospital in eastern South Carolina with an opportunity for a Pediatrician to provide locum nursery call coverage.
Opportunity Overview: Level I nursery Schedule: 24-hour beeper call (8a-8a), specific dates Annual Volume: ~600 deliveries Daily Volume: 3-5 patients Duties: Emergent care and stabilization of ill newborns of any viable gestational age and routine care of healthy newborns Must be board-certified or board-eligible Paid travel & expenses During your time off, fish along rivers and creeks nearby, attend seasonal fairs, and stroll through a historic downtown lined with antique shops, murals, and cozy cafés.
